If the physical photosynthetic process had never originated, this planet would be as barren as earth's moon. Primarily, there would be no oxygen in our atmosphere and nothing for lungs or gills to breathe, all would be in suffocation. As human and animal respiration inhales oxygen and exhales carbon dioxide, green plants, by means of photosynthesis, take in carbon dioxide and emit oxygen through two cycles of light and dark. Light waves consist of quanta of light (photons) primarily emitted by the sun; these massless photons traveling at high velocity interact with Chloroplast organelles of green plants, combining with water, carbon dioxide, and minerals to produce oxygen. Massless, high velocity photons are an energy source and as such, within the chemical processing plant, produce electric power. Green plants produce three times the amount of electric power per year than all human habitats produce globally per year.
